Job summary

Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator to prepare production job packets, support ERP data entry, and maintain accurate job records in Epicor. This role coordinates with planning, engineering, and production to ensure timely release of jobs in line with schedules.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime possible. This is a full-time, hourly position located in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing coordination or production administration.
• Experience with Epicor ERP preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize job packets with drawings, BOMs, travelers, and supporting docs.
• Coordinate with planners to ensure timely release of job packets in line with schedules.
• Review documentation for completeness and verify revision alignment.
• Assist in ERP data entry and maintain job records in Epicor ERP.
• Support with data entry and issue resolution to keep production ready.
