Job summary

States Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Production Coordinator to prepare production job packets, support ERP data entry and job maintenance, and ensure documentation is complete and aligned with revision control.

You will collaborate with planning, engineering and production to release jobs for fabrication and assembly according to schedules, organizing BOMs, travelers, drawings and programs while maintaining accurate ERP records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing coordination or similar experience.
• Experience with Epicor preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Team player with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize job packets with drawings, BOMs, travelers, and programs.
• Coordinate with planners to release packets to shop floor aligned with schedules.
• Review documentation for completeness and verify revision alignment before release.
• Confirm BOM revisions and drawings are attached to production jobs.
• Issue materials to jobs in the ERP system and ensure correct linkage.
• Maintain ERP job records, including attachments, routing, status updates, and data entry.
