Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Production Coordinator to prepare production job packets, enter ERP data, and maintain accurate records. You will coordinate with planning, engineering, and programming to ensure timely job releases for fabrication and assembly in line with schedules.

This is a full-time, hourly role with typical hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with potential overtime. Strong teamwork and meticulous data handling are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing coordination or production administration.
• Experience with Epicor ERP is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize job packets with drawings, BOMs, travelers, programs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with planners to release job packets aligned with production schedules.
• Review documentation for completeness and revision alignment.
• Maintain Epicor ERP records including routing, method verification, and status updates.
• Assist with data entry and material issue to jobs in ERP.
