Job summary

Dream Finders Homes is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide application maintenance and data administration across ERP and core business systems. You will troubleshoot user issues, run SQL queries, and support system upgrades while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role emphasizes data integrity, documentation, and training across departments to improve workflows in a homebuilding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP/CRM or financial/operational software.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, system integrations, and application administration.
• Exposure to Newstar, BuildPro, Salesforce, Oracle, HubSpot, SQL Server, Citrix, ConnectWise, DocuSign, or InformXL.
• Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and customer service mindset.
• Familiarity with purchasing, construction, sales, operations, or accounting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across ERP and core business systems.
• Run SQL queries and use reporting tools to review ERP data and maintain accuracy.
• Monitor data synchronization and investigate failed or incomplete transactions.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and testing; validate test environments.
• Maintain ticket tracking, create SOPs, and train departments on best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize workflows.
• Support user access, security reviews, and tier-2 IT help desk requests.
