Dream Finders Homes is seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to provide application support, data administration, and upgrades across ERP and core business systems in Greenville, SC.

You will troubleshoot across Newstar, BuildPro, Salesforce, Oracle, and other systems, maintain data integrity, monitor integrations, train users, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Background supporting ERP, CRM, or financial/operational software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across ERP and core business systems.
• Run SQL queries and review ERP data for accuracy.
• Monitor cross-system data synchronization and investigate failed transactions.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and testing; validate test environments.
• Maintain ticket tracking, create SOPs, and train departments on system best practices.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to optimize workflows.
• Assist with user access and security reviews; tier-2 IT help desk requests.
