Job summary
Dream Finders Homes is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support, maintenance, and data administration across ERP and core business systems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who resolves user issues and assists with software upgrades.
Reporting to the Director of IT, you will troubleshoot in Newstar, BuildPro, Salesforce, Oracle and others; run SQL queries for data accuracy; monitor integrations; train departments on best practices; and collaborate with internal teams and
Qualifications
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or financial/operational software.
- Familiarity with SQL queries, reporting, and data integrity.
- Ability to troubleshoot and administer applications across multiple systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across critical systems.
- Run SQL queries and review ERP data for accuracy.
- Monitor cross-system data synchronization and investigate failures.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and testing.
- Maintain tickets, create SOPs, and train departments on best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize workflows.
- Assist with user access and security reviews
