The role emphasizes problem-solving, strong communication, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP/CRM or financial/operational software.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and system integrations.
• Understanding of purchasing, construction, sales, operations, or accounting workflows.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across core business systems.
• Run SQL queries and review ERP data for accuracy.
• Monitor data synchronization and investigate failed transactions.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and testing.
• Maintain ticket tracking and create SOPs.
• Train departments on system best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize workflows.
