Job summary

AV is seeking a Contracts Associate II to provide critical data-entry and administrative support to the Contracts Department. You will enter contracts and orders in ERP/PIEE and CLM systems with precision, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to assemble necessary data and approvals.

The role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to adapt to multiple software platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years ERP data-entry experience; Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Willingness to learn multiple software programs.
• Independent worker who collaborates with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry into ERP and CLM systems with accuracy.
• Review, evaluate, and reconcile contracts for closeout.
• Support internal and external audit efforts with validations or reports from ERP.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to obtain required information.
• Maintain organized contract files and initiate revisions to orders as needed.
