Job summary
Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) seeks an experienced ERP Business Analyst to drive adoption, integration, and long-term value of ERP-enabled manufacturing systems. You will bridge operations, technology, and workforce enablement, translating ERP functionality into practical shop-floor guidance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, ERP implementation, or operational excellence.
- Experience leading training and change-management initiatives.
- Experience with ERP/MES and digital work instructions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of ERP-enabled manufacturing processes and systems (MES, ERP workflows, digital work instructions).
- Lead operator readiness and workforce enablement initiatives for ERP-enabled tools.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs; translate ERP functionality into SOPs and work instructions.
- Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, job aids, and visual training guides; facilitate training sessions.
- Analyze data to identify improvements; support continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
