Job summary

Union Tank Car Company & Procor seeks an Organizational Change Leader to drive people-side change for an enterprise ERP program. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, Operations and leadership to define and execute a comprehensive change strategy minimizing disruption and accelerating proficiency across sites.

The role requires 10 years in change management for ERP implementations, mastery of Prosci/ADKAR, and strong facilitation and executive influencing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development or equivalent.
• 10 years in organizational change management leading large-scale ERP implementations.
• Experience with multi-site operations and integration/centralization programs.
• Mastery of Prosci/ADKAR and change-management methods.
• Exceptional facilitation, executive influence and storytelling skills.
• Strong program skills and analytics (readiness/adoption dashboards).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365/Teams/SharePoint; partner with PMO/SI.
• Ability to travel: ~15–25%.
• Hybrid work arrangement: two days/week in Chicago office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change workstream for the ERP program; establish governance and cadence with PMO and SI partner.
• Map stakeholders; coach executives and people leaders to model and reinforce change.
• Conduct impact assessments for processes, policies, roles, org structure, and competencies; drive readiness plans.
• Build an executive and field-level communications plan (town halls, toolkits, FAQs, videos).
• Partner with HR/L&D to run training needs analysis; define curricula and train-the-trainer; coordinate with LMS.
• Stand up and lead a change agent/super‑user network across functions and sites.
• Prepare the organization for cutover; monitor adoption and issue trends post go-live.
• Define and track adoption KPIs and connect to ERP business case.
