Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. seeks an ERP Implementation Lead to own process standardization, change management, and adoption for an enterprise-wide ERP rollout across multiple manufacturing sites. You will partner with IT to ensure a smooth transition to standardized business processes and deliver ongoing value post-deployment.

The role drives data governance, training, and governance, while shaping the ERP roadmap with site leaders. Travel to domestic locations is expected as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required for ERP leadership roles.
• Minimum 7 years ERP experience, 5+ years in manufacturing settings.
• 3+ years leading change-management or multi-site ERP adoption.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (production, supply chain, inventory, procurement, finance).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP standardization and pilot rollout across multiple sites with IT counterparties.
• Drive organizational change management, readiness assessments, and user training for deployments.
• Capture lessons learned to refine enterprise process templates and deployment playbooks.
• Maintain governance around process changes that impact the enterprise template.
• Partner with leaders to define future ERP capabilities and contribute to the ERP roadmap.
