Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to support change management initiatives across client transformation programs. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, communications, and ERP/Workday integration to drive adoption and minimize resistance.

You will work with cross-functional and global teams, contribute to capability development, and help ensure timely delivery of change artifacts during ERP implementations. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Engineering, Psychology, Communications, Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, consulting, or transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives for technology and ERP implementations such as Oracle, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance during transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, and change readiness assessments.
• Develop and execute change management deliverables including communication plans and training materials.
• Coordinate with global and onshore teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of change artifacts.
• Contribute to internal capability development, templates, and best practices for Change Management.
• Support ERP and Workday implementations by aligning people, process, and technology change activities.
