Job summary

Core Health & Fitness seeks a Business Systems Analyst - Operations to bridge business operations and technology, focusing on ERP systems and Oracle E-Business Suite. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and guide design, configuration, and implementation across the enterprise.

You’ll collaborate with Distribution and Sales Order Processing teams, support integrations, and drive continuous process improvement while providing production support and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as a business systems analyst within an ERP environment.
• Experience with Distribution, Sales Order Processing, or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite preferred.
• Excellent communication with technical staff and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional leaders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Document and validate requirements for Distribution and Sales Order Processing workflows within Oracle EBS.
• Support integration points between Oracle EBS and other systems and business entities.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for assigned initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate meetings and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop reports and analytics to improve business performance.
• Triage and prioritize helpdesk tickets and drive them to resolution.
