Job summary

CTB, Inc. is seeking a skilled IT professional to support and configure Oracle ERP and RF Smart SaaS applications in a cloud environment. The role involves collaborating with IT and end users to capture requirements and design effective solutions.

You will work with users and software vendors to troubleshoot issues and participate in a team that covers both support and development. Additional duties may be assigned by the Director of IT Business Solutions, and you may lead or assist on projects

Responsibilities

• Support and configuration of Oracle ERP applications running as SaaS in the cloud.
• Support and configuration of RF Smart applications running as SaaS in the cloud.
• Communicate effectively with others in IT and with end users to clearly understand business requirements and design/develop appropriate solutions.
• Work with users and software vendors to resolve software problems.
• Work as part of a support and development team with others in the IT department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of IT Business Solutions
• Leads/assists on projects ensuring the scope and timelines are met.
