Colorado Community College System is seeking an ERP Manager to lead student financial processing, billing, and payments across all 13 colleges. The role acts as the functional expert for tuition and fee administration and coordinates with Finance, IT, and vendors to translate requirements into system solutions.

The position directs testing, training, and reporting, including Form 1098-T and AR analytics, and requires a Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience with Ellucian Banner.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of progressive experience in student accounts receivable, billing or fiscal operations in higher education.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably Ellucian Banner, including AR and Student modules.

Responsabilidades

• Directs systemwide functional work for student financial processing and billing across all 13 community colleges.
• Tests ERP changes and coordinates with IT for production deployment.
• Acts as escalation point for complex student billing issues.
• Provides training and data interpretation for college finance staff.
• Oversees AR reporting and Cognos access for systemwide reporting.
• Drives governance for Banner AR configuration and downstream fiscal impacts.
