Job summary

Colorado Community College System seeks an ERP Manager to serve as the functional SME for student fiscal operations nationwide, directing systemwide work on AR, billing, and related ERP processes across 13 colleges. You will liaise with Finance, IT, and vendors to translate regulatory needs into effective system solutions.

You will lead monthly user groups, coordinate rate table summits, and oversee Form 1098-T reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliant reporting while guiding college staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; equivalent experience may substitute year-for-year.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in student accounts receivable, billing, or fiscal operations in higher education or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system, preferably Ellucian Banner, including AR and Student modules.

Responsibilities

• Directs systemwide functional work for student financial processing and billing across all 13 colleges, establishing standards and authoritative guidance.
• Directs testing and validation of ERP changes, enhancements, and upgrades affecting AR and billing.
• Acts as escalation point for complex student billing issues; leads cross-functional resolution with colleges, IT, and vendors.
• Provides advanced training and data interpretation to college finance staff for accurate student fiscal data.
