Job summary

Aktion Associates, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities from Maumee, OH.

The BDR will identify target accounts within the ICP and across territories, executing multi-channel outreach to generate qualified sales conversations and opportunities. Main duties include following up on inbound leads, conducting discovery using BANT, and scheduling meetings while maintaining accurate CRM data.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing a healthy pipeline in CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication for multi-channel outreach.
• Ability to research target accounts and tailor messaging.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and contacts within ICP and territories.
• Execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage prospects.
• Follow up on inbound leads and outbound net-new prospects.
• Conduct discovery conversations and qualify prospects using BANT.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings and document notes in CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and track activity metrics.
