We have a high-growth technical environment with a workforce of over 250 professionals. We have a two year growth initiative to build our total workforce to 350. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S and Canada.
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach efforts. This role identifies and researches target accounts that align with the organization's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), engages prospective customers through multiple channels, and develops relationships that create sales opportunities. The BDR works closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives, maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects, and contribute to overall revenue growth. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, organization, and the ability to meet activity and opportunity generation targets while maintaining accurate CRM data and reporting on pipeline performance.
