Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation seeks an experienced SAP platform leader to manage multiple ECC and S/4HANA instances, guiding Day 1 separation and TSA transition. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture or leading architecture programs.
Experience leading complex, global ERP implementations or transformations.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple conveyed SAP ECC and S/4 instances to support Day 1 separation and TSA transition.
Own and drive the enterprise ERP architecture strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP and enterprise application architects.
Establish and govern architectural standards, principles, and design patterns.
