Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, ERP Architecture to lead the SAP ECC/S/4HANA landscape for the DePuy Synthes separation. You will partner with business and IT to align ERP architecture with processes, ensuring security, performance, and modernization across multi‑instance environments.

The role requires 10+ years in ERP architecture, strong leadership, and experience with SAP BTP/SAP Integration. Location flexibility includes multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture and leading architecture programs.
• Hands-on with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and related components (RICEFW).
• Experience leading architecture teams and multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the ERP architecture strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP and enterprise architects.
• Establish and govern architectural standards and design patterns.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate strategy into scalable ERP solutions.
• Direct design and integration of ERP systems across platforms for interoperability.
