Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 15 years of experience in product development/management.
Knowledge of SAP ERP and Pharma industry practices.
Experience translating requirements into a product vision.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality product delivery, planning and governance.
Experience leading product backlog and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Establish deployment roadmaps for efficient delivery of product/platform.
Balance business value with technical feasibility and prioritize features.
Refine backlog with technical features and epics.
Support Product Owners and manage cross-team dependencies.
Lead testing strategies and ensure SDLC compliance.
Collaborate with senior leaders to align business needs with digital capabilities.
