Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manager, ERP Architecture to lead the multi-instance SAP landscape during Day 1 separation and through the TSA transition. You will guide ERP strategy, oversee security/compliance, and partner with business and IT to drive innovation across SAP platforms.

The role requires deep SAP expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to align ERP architecture with enterprise goals in a global, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture.
• Led projects or mentored team members on SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture and integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP security and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple conveyed SAP ECC and S/4 instances during Day 1 separation.
• Develop tactical and operational ERP architecture plans and communicate them to teams.
• Allocate resources for ERP capability delivery and lifecycle management.
• Direct daily operations for systems integration across platforms.
• Define and maintain ERP architecture standards aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee ERP integration with other enterprise platforms and data environments.
• Ensure ERP solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Coordinate vendors and delivery partners to adhere to architecture standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to optimize ERP capabilities.
