Job summary
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sr. Manager, ERP Architecture to plan, design, and govern the multi-instance SAP landscape as DePuy Synthes spins off from JnJ.
You will lead architecture across ECC and S/4HANA during Day 1 separation and TSA, driving modernization and consolidation while aligning ERP with business strategy. The role partners with business and IT leaders to deliver scalable ERP solutions, improve operational efficiency, and support a modern digital ecosystem with AI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple conveyed SAP ECC and S/4 instances during Day 1 separation, TSA transition, and consolidation into S/4.
- Own and drive the enterprise ERP architecture strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP and enterprise application architects.
- Establish and govern architectural standards, principles, and design patterns across the ERP landscape.
- Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable ERP architecture solutions.
- Provide architectural governance and oversight across programs, including security, compliance, and performance.
