Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Manager, ERP Architecture to lead the multi- instance SAP landscape during the DePuy Synthes separation. You will align ERP architecture with business processes, drive consolidation to S/4HANA, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to enable scalable operations.

The role focuses on SAP Basis/Security/ABAP development, and integration across enterprise platforms, with emphasis on security, governance, and AI-enabled opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise/ERP architecture and leadership
• Hands-on and leadership experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, RICEFW
• Experience with SAP security, integration, and governance

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple SAP ECC and S/4HANA instances for Day 1 separation
• Develop tactical plans to achieve ERP architecture goals
• Allocate resources for new technology assessment and lifecycle management
• Direct day-to-day operations for systems integration and platform compatibility
• Define and maintain ERP architecture standards aligned with business strategy
• Oversee ERP system integration with other enterprise platforms
• Ensure ERP solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards
• Lead vendor and SI partner coordination to uphold architecture standards
