Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manager, ERP Architecture to plan, design, build, and govern a multi-instance SAP landscape as the DePuy Synthes separation progresses. You will lead SAP ECC and S/4HANA initiatives, shape the ERP architecture, and partner with business and IT stakeholders to enable operational efficiency and digital innovation.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise ERP architecture and hands-on SAP experience across ECC, S/4HANA, and integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise/ERP architecture, with leadership experience.
• Hands-on SAP ECC/S/4HANA, BTP, and integration expertise.
• Strong governance, security, and performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple SAP ECC/S/4HANA instances during Day 1 separation.
• Develop plans to achieve ERP architecture goals and communicate them.
• Allocate resources for new technology assessments and lifecycle management.
• Direct day-to-day ops for systems integration and compatibility.
• Maintain ERP architecture standards aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee ERP design/integration across platforms and data environments.
• Ensure ERP security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Manage team workflow, performance, and budgets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors/partners to adhere to standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging tech for ERP.
