Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise/ERP architecture and leading architecture programs.
- Hands-on leadership with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and integration skills.
- Strong collaboration with senior business and IT stakeholders and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP architecture strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Drive SAP instance consolidation and Day 1 separation readiness.
- Mentor ERP architects and establish governance across programs.
- Oversee design patterns, security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate strategy into scalable ERP solutions.
- Guide vendor/SI relationships and manage delivery quality.
