Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an experienced Manager, ERP Architecture within DePuy Synthes to lead multi-instance SAP landscapes, align ERP architecture with business processes, and drive separation-related transitions. The role partners with business and IT to ensure security, performance, and scalable ERP capabilities.

You will influence enterprise technology direction in a modern digital ecosystem, including AI, while coordinating with vendors and delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field required.
• MBA or Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP ECC and S/4HANA instances; Day 1 separation and TSA transition.
• Consolidate SAP instances into S/4HANA and govern multi-instance landscape.
• Collaborate with business and IT to align ERP architecture with processes and standards.
• Define ERP/enterprise architecture standards and ensure security and performance.
• Coordinate vendor and SI activities and manage 24x7 SAP environments.
