ElDorado National California Inc. in Riverside, CA is seeking an Applications Support Technician II to provide day-to-day support for Epicor Kinetic ERP and related manufacturing applications.

This onsite role serves as the primary contact for ERP and applications support requests, assisting users with troubleshooting and business process questions. You will perform basic system administration, testing and configuration, coordinate with service providers, and contribute to upgrades and knowledge

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience in a corporate or call center environment.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions (Epicor, Salesforce, RingCentral, TravelBank).
• Understanding data integration and automation tools (PowerBI, ServiceNow).
• Understanding manufacturing processes such as production, inventory, purchasing, shipping, planning, and quality.
• Strong customer service and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of IT compliance and system security standards.
• Experience leading ERP/CRM implementations and Travel/Expense Management systems.

Aufgaben

• Respond to IT-Helpdesk tickets related to enterprise applications.
• Provide daily support for Epicor Kinetic users.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with service providers.
• Assist users with business process questions and manage user security/permissions.
• Configure forms, dashboards, BAQs, reports, BPMs, and workflows.
• Support Salesforce users and perform basic administration.
• Test applications before deployment.
• Assist with upgrades/patches and document recurring issues/resolutions.
• Create knowledge base articles.
• Assist with data imports/exports.
• Escalate complex issues to team lead/manager.
