ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, technical, and professional roles in Riverside, CA.

This onsite position focuses on sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and accelerating hiring to support production readiness and innovation timelines. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, collaboration with engineering leaders, and experience managing high-volume requisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in EV, automotive, or heavy equipment.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles across Engineering, Service, Technical and Corporate departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand production schedules, program timelines, and milestones to align recruiting urgency with business needs.
• Participate in workforce planning with HR and leadership to anticipate future technical hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive practices.
• Lead intake meetings to define role scope, interview plans, and selection criteria.
• Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, plant-based roles where local supply may be limited.
• Create and post job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through processes.
• Coordinate assessments, lead interviews and offers, debrief with hiring managers and Recruiting Coordinator for support.
• Maintain compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and internal policies.
