Arena Staffing is partnering with a well-established Southern California company to fill the role of ERP Application & IT Specialist. This onsite position focuses ~80% on ERP and business applications and ~20% on onsite IT support, reporting to the CTO.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ERP/CRM/order-management/e-commerce/WMS and understands how technology supports Accounting, Customer Service, Operations, Distribution, and Sales. This is not a software development role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience supporting business applications, ERP systems, IT systems.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP/CRM/order-management/e-commerce/WMS or similar.
• Experience across departments (Accounting, Customer Service, Operations, Distribution, Sales).
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for ERP/order-management and other business-critical applications.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting Customer Service, Accounting, Distribution, Operations, Sales.
• Determine whether issues involve user, data, permissions, configuration, application, or integrations.
• Support user accounts, permissions, access, and application configuration.
• Support ERP workflows: orders, inventory, shipping, invoicing, returns, ecommerce.
• Troubleshoot ERP, ecommerce, shipping, and connected applications.
• Escalate issues to internal specialists, MSPs, vendors, or partners.
• Maintain ownership through resolution and participate in upgrades/testing/UAT.
• Identify recurring issues and improve usability and workflows.
• Onsite IT tasks: support Windows/macOS, peripherals; onboarding/offboarding; SSO/MFA; documentation.
