Job summary

The City and County of Broomfield seeks an ERP Analyst to optimize and maintain the Finance ERP system, configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting to meet organizational needs and drive efficiency. This temporary, full-time role offers health benefits and a planned end date of Mar 31, 2027.

You will work across departments, gathering requirements, testing new modules, ensuring data integrity, and producing SOPs, manuals, and dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in CS, IT, finance, or business administration.
Master's degree preferred.
3 years of ERP Analyst experience with ERP implementation and support.

Responsibilities

Administers, configures, and maintains the ERP system for optimal performance.
Collaborates with users to gather requirements for enhancements and customizations.
Master tester of ERP system, including new modules.
Ensures data integrity and security within the ERP system.
Analyzes processes to identify improvements and implements enhancements.
Translates user needs into ERP solutions across departments.
Provides training and technical support, troubleshooting issues.
Develops and maintains SOPs, user manuals, and training materials.
Creates reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
Performs data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Integrates ERP with BORIS, Eagle, GIS and other applications.
Works with vendors/consultants for integrations.
Ensures compliance with ERP standards and best practices.
