Job summary

The role includes data analysis, reporting, training end-users, and developing SOPs and documentation to ensure consistent ERP use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3 years ERP analyst or similar experience.
• Experience with ERP configuration, testing, and integrations.
• Strong collaboration with multiple departments.
• Ability to develop SOPs and user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administers, configures, and maintains the ERP system for optimal performance.
• Gathers requirements with users for system enhancements.
• Tests new modules and overall ERP functionality.
• Ensures data integrity and security within the ERP.
• Analyzes processes and implements improvements to boost efficiency.
• Works with end-users across departments to translate needs into ERP solutions.
• Provides training and technical support to users.
• Develops and maintains SOPs, manuals, and training materials.
• Creates reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Performs data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinates IT and departments for ERP integrations with BORIS, Eagle, GIS.
• Collaborates with vendors/consultants on integrations and projects.
• Adheres to industry standards, regulations, and ERP best practices.
