Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of ERP or enterprise admin experience.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and reporting/data analysis.
• Understanding of business processes in Finance, HR/Payroll, Student Information Systems, or Institutional Reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Customer-service mindset and ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of the University’s ERP and related enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot issues involving user access, workflows, integrations, reporting, data integrity, and application functionality.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements.
• Help ensure ERP systems meet evolving needs of the University.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on technical issues, upgrades, testing, deployments, and configurations.
• Support SSO, identity management, and role-based access initiatives.
