Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field.
• Five years' experience in ERP business system analysis, requirement gathering and documentation.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Takes a lead role in system implementations and gathers stakeholder support for project success.
• Translates business requirements into ERP solutions and coordinates with Finance, Accounting, and Leadership.
• Develops test plans, leads UAT, and ensures timely issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Maintains strong collaboration with customers to optimize processes and reporting capabilities.
