Job summary

Houston Methodist Academic Institute seeks an ERP Senior Business Analyst to optimize Workday and related enterprise systems across the Research Institute. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, lead ERP projects, and collaborate with operations, finance and research stakeholders to improve financial management, reporting and grant administration.

The role requires five years of ERP analysis experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, mentoring of junior analysts,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field.
Five years' ERP business system analysis, requirement gathering and documentation.
Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.
Ability to lead projects, mentor junior analysts, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades and testing.

Responsibilities

Take a lead role in system implementations and gather support from stakeholders.
Provide training and mentoring for team members through formal and informal methods.
Lead triaging incidents and ensure issues are resolved by appropriate teams.
Partner with business areas to translate needs into scalable ERP solutions.
Manage multiple projects and allocate resources effectively.
Collaborate with PMO to monitor SLAs and project progress.
