Job summary

The Programmer Analyst at County College of Morris supports the college ERP system, solving issues and designing solutions across student, financial, HR, and payroll modules. You will work with staff to translate needs into system specifications and develop data integrations between ERP components.

You will collaborate on a cross-trained team maintaining mission-critical business applications and ensuring reliable ERP operations through documentation, testing, and user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• At least two years programming or combined programming and systems analysis.
• Strong SQL and ETL knowledge; relational databases.
• Experience with Ellucian Colleague or ERP systems; third-party integrations a plus.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects reporting and dashboards.
• MS 365 tools proficiency including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support ERP workflow and integrations.
• Develop relationships with staff to define requirements and translate them into specs.
• Document issues and solutions from troubleshooting tickets.
• Plan and participate in project meetings and committees.
• Communicate issues to managers and resolve data/reporting problems.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
