Job summary

The University of Dayton is seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst focused on Human Resources. You will lead business analysis and ERP implementation efforts by partnering with HR and IT to optimize HR processes and align technology with institutional goals.

Responsibilities include conducting discovery, documenting requirements, mapping processes, and supporting validation and user acceptance testing. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience.
• Minimum 3 years supporting ERP implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence abilities.
• Experience with HR processes and ERP projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and document HR requirements.
• Create process maps, perform gap analyses, and maintain traceability.
• Participate in ERP implementations including configuration validation and UAT.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Build consensus with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
