R.H. White Construction & Service Solutions seeks a Business Systems Analyst to act as the ERP SME, drive business process improvements, and partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and other departments.

You will own testing, releases, and rollout plans while translating business needs into practical system solutions. The role requires strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills, with a focus on reducing manual workarounds and maximizing ERP value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years supporting or administering an ERP system, preferably in construction.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes: job cost, procurement, subcontracts, payroll.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ERP SME across Operations, Finance & Accounting, Contract Administration, Payroll, and HR.
• Own ERP release management, testing, deployment coordination, and vendor communication.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean methods to remove waste.
• Gather requirements, test, and implement ERP functionality and modules.
• Develop user instructions, training, and rollout plans for changes.
