• Takes a lead role in system implementations, gathering stakeholder support to ensure success.
• Provides feedback in interviewing process for potential team members.
• Provides training and mentoring for team members on new functionalities.
• Takes a lead role in triaging incidents and ensuring issues are resolved by the appropriate team.
