This hands-on role requires reliability and the ability to work on-call as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
• Must supply your own tools.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance issues and ensure safety compliance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and address their concerns.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with property management to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Participate in on-call rotation schedules to address maintenance emergencies outside of regular business hours.
