Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience
• EPA Certification required
• Driver's license required
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and appliances
• Perform electrical repairs and system maintenance
• Maintain HVAC systems and perform preventive maintenance
• Repair drywall, painting, and carpentry tasks as needed
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Travel to multiple sites as required
