• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding resident service.
• Complete resident work orders within 24–48 hours.
• General maintenance knowledge: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary.
• Perform unit turnover between residents (3–5 days).
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Be on-call responsive for emergencies.
