Job summary

Humanscale, a premier designer and manufacturer of ergonomic products, seeks an Account Development Representative to educate clients on ergonomics, grow accounts, and drive revenue. You will target end-user accounts, dealerships, and the design community, promoting health, movement, and workplace comfort through Humanscale’s award-winning products.

You will maintain a high activity cadence, deliver compelling demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience with commercial furniture or similar industry.
• Must have dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license and auto-insurance.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Educate, market, and sell ergonomic workplace solutions to end-users, dealers, architects and designers.
• Maintain activity levels with a minimum of 10 sales appointments per week.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability and product mix goals.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with management.
• Set up product tests or demos for end-users as needed.
• Lead presentations for prospective clients and facilitate dealer training.
