Job summary

Mercy Hospital Logan County in Guthrie, OK is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Emergency Department. This full-time night-shift role (7pm–7am) includes rotating weekends and holidays and a 36-hour workweek with a supportive, patient-centered team.

New grads may receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, with higher amounts for experienced nurses—up to $15,000. Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, current state RN license, and the ability to lift 50

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Experience: None required; at least six months of LPN or RN experience preferred.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Other unit-specific certifications as required or acquired within department timeframe.
• Position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with the Therapy department and care teams to coordinate care.
