Job summary

Mercy Hospital Logan County in Guthrie, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Emergency Department. This full-time role is 36 hours per week, with night shifts from 7pm to 7am and rotating weekends/holidays.

New grads may receive a sign-on bonus of $10,000, while experienced nurses can earn up to $15,000. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team focused on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Six months of experience preferred, none required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks.
• ACLS/BLS certifications required or obtained within orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain patient safety, documentation, and adherence to policy.
• Complete orientation and certifications as required by Mercy.
