Job summary

Mercy Hospital Logan County in Guthrie, OK, seeks a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Emergency Department. This full-time night shift (7pm–7am) includes rotating weekends and holidays and a 36-hour weekly schedule.

A sign-on bonus is offered: $10,000 for new grads, up to $15,000 for experienced nurses. Mercy provides comprehensive benefits and strong teamwork in a 25-bed Critical Access unit.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Maintain current RN license in the hiring state/compact.
• Experience: None required; 6 months RN/LPN preferred.
• Physical: Lift 50 lbs, prolonged standing/walking, and mobility tasks.
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS at minimum; unit-specific certs as required.
