Job summary

Mercy Hospital Logan County in Guthrie, OK is hiring a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Emergency Department. This full-time position covers nights (7pm-7am) with rotating weekends and holidays.

The unit runs 5:1 patient/nurse ratio and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new grads and up to $15,000 for experienced nurses. Mercy provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition support, and retirement plans for staff working 32+ hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Six months experience preferred; none required.
• Must meet state board requirements.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds on regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with Therapy department to coordinate care.
• Maintain required certifications/training during orientation period.
