Mercy Hospital Logan County in Guthrie, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Emergency Department. This full-time night shift (7pm–7am) with rotating weekends and holidays offers a 36-hour work week and a supportive care team.

You will provide direct patient care in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, collaborate with Therapy, and pursue required certifications (ACLS, BLS). A $10,000 sign-on bonus for new grads and up to $15,000 for experienced nurses is available.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Six months of RN/LPN experience preferred.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (or within orientation period) required.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with Therapy and care teams to coordinate patient treatment.
• Maintain patient/nurse ratio and ensure safety and comfort.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain required certifications.
