Job summary

Mercy Hospital Logan County in Guthrie, OK seeks a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Emergency Department. This full-time night shift is 36 hours per week with rotating weekends and holidays.

The unit runs a 5:1 patient/nurse ratio; orientation includes ACLS and BLS; sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for experienced nurses and $10,000 for new grads. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• RN license in OK or compact licensure.
• No experience required; at least six months of RN/LPN experience preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or to be obtained within the orientation period.
• Position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Monitor patients, administer medications, and coordinate with the healthcare team.
