Job summary

Mercy Hospital Logan County in Guthrie, OK is hiring a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Emergency Department. This full-time night shift (7pm-7am) features rotating weekends and holidays and a patient ratio of 5:1.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus for new grads and up to $15,000 for experienced nurses is available. The role requires graduation from an accredited RN program and active RN licensure in Oklahoma or Compact states.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Current RN license in hiring state/compact licensure.
• Experience: None required; at least six months of experience preferred.
• Physical: Lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing/walking, bending and squatting as needed.
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS (or course completion within 30 days).
